## Tools
- vehicle_recalls (free): FREE. Transport Canada safety recalls for a make + model (+ optional year). Newest 5 with recall numbers and dates.
- recall_detail (Pro): PRO. Full Transport Canada recall details for a recall number: system, units affected, defect, consequence and remedy.
- fleet_check (Pro): PRO. Check up to 50 vehicles ({make, model, year}) for recalls at once.
- new_vehicle_recalls (Pro): PRO. Vehicle, tire and child-seat recalls posted since a date (YYYY-MM-DD), optional keyword.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://ca-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://ca-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://ca-vehicle-recalls-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
